The Kiddies Academy Day Nursery

The Kiddies Academy is a privately owned family run nursery which has been open since 1996 and in June 2018 was taken over by Kavit and Aleena Kotecha.
Kavit is a Dentist whilst Aleena is a Solicitor.

They have an incredible passion for children and education.

The nursery is situated in its own purpose built building with our own entrance being on Garvin Avenue.

Sedra

The nursery is managed by Sedra.
Sedra has a Level 5 in Nursery Management. Sedra has a vast amount of experience in childcare and education and works passionately to create a home from home environment for all our children.
Being a mother herself, we are extremely fortunate to be able to provide care from both a parents perspective as well as an early years professional.
.

Yasmin

Our deputy manager and head of learning and development, Yasmin, is a dedicated early years professional, with 18 years experience in childcare.
Yasmin is also a mother to four wonderful children and this experience is invaluable to the team and parents.

A Hands On Approach

All our team are hands on, and children build strong bonds with all staff members very quickly.
As we are a smaller nursery we ensure we have high level, quality team members, who remain with us and our children for the long term.

We are an independent nursery and aim to meet your needs, working together for the betterment of our children.
We are open from Monday to Friday 7.30am – 6pm throughout the year, except for public holidays and one week over Christmas.
We also run a breakfast and after school club for St Mary’s School, Beaconsfield.

Play Scheme

We also offer a play scheme throughout school holidays and a before and after school club, which must be booked and paid for in advance

The Nursery is separated into 4 rooms by age groups:

Our baby room is for 3 months – 2years.

 A dedicated sleep room.

Our toddler room is for 2-3 years.

Our pre-school room for age 3-4 years.

We are fortunate to have a large outdoor space, which incorporates an outdoor classroom as well as a recently created mud garden and a baby garden.

The Early Years Foundation Stage

We follow the EYFS and with the knowledge that the first 5 years are the most crucial in a child’s development, our team works hard to ensure they create a range of stimulating activities which allow our children to grow and develop in preparation for their formative school years.

We offer access to funded places
(15 and 30 hours).
These spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis.
